Yes. One stockholding can serve direct-to-consumer orders alongside retail and wholesale dispatches. We agree the handling requirements for each channel during setup.

No. Mixed-SKU pallets are accepted where volumes do not justify a full pallet per line. Stock is tracked by SKU regardless of the storage configuration.

Webshop orders integrate through ShipStation, with tracking written back to the connected system. Tell us which platforms and order flows you use so we can confirm compatibility and setup.

Yes. You can send your own packaging for us to store and use. Alternatively, standard materials are available or our procurement team can quote against your specification. Packaging storage and material charges are included in the agreed quote.

Next-day and tail-lift options are available on request and quoted against the consignment. We confirm the available delivery service for your destinations and requirements.

Yes. Returns receipt, inspection, restocking and agreed disposal are available, alongside rework, relabelling and special packing. Share the volumes and instructions so we can scope the work.

Your products, SKU count, approximate pallet quantities, typical monthly orders, parcel or pallet sizes, sales channels and delivery destinations. If you are still planning, send your best estimates and we can discuss the next steps.

Yes. The current rate card sets a £150 minimum monthly account charge, applied only where activity falls below that amount. We explain how it applies to your quote before you start.
