What goes into your quote?
- Storage: pallet space, stock quantities and holding period.
- Receiving and handling: inbound deliveries, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Packaging: agreed materials and any storage for your own packaging.
- Delivery: parcel or pallet consignments, destinations and service requirements.
- Setup: onboarding, SKU loading and webshop integration where required.
- Extra support: returns, rework, relabelling and agreed account services.
£150 monthly minimum
The current rate card sets a £150 minimum monthly account charge. This applies only where monthly activity falls below that amount.
It is a minimum account charge, rather than an extra £150 added to activity above the minimum. We explain how it applies to your quote before you start.
Rates are quoted excluding VAT. Packaging and delivery are itemised as applicable. Quotes are subject to the service agreement.
